To book a wedding with us, we advise you to
telephone 01461 338300 or email in advance and make a provisional booking. A Wedding Booking Form
will then be sent to you to complete and return along with the
appropriate deposit. |
Alternatively, you can download the Wedding or Partnership Reception / Function Booking Form (* PDF file, 93kb) to print, complete and return
along with the appropriate deposit.
- Accommodation - deposit £25
per room per night.
- Wedding Meal - deposit £10 per person.
- Wedding Buffet - deposit £5 per person.
Please note:
- Final number and details required 14
days prior to your wedding date.
- Check in time is 2pm.
- Full payment is required on or before
day of departure.
- For Receptions, full payment is required
28 days prior.
- We accept Access, Visa or Switch.
- Bankers draft or cheques should be made
payable to The Gables Hotel.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
