New Year’s Eve starts with Festive Cocktails and canapés, followed by a 5 course dinner.
- Dance the night away until the Piper calls in the New Year followed by Bacon Butties - music and
dancing until 1am.
On New Year’s Day laze in bed or take a brisk walk along the beach following a late
breakfast.
- Relax with a cocktail in the Saddlers
Bar in the afternoon or visit historic Carlisle.
- New Year’s Day buffet dinner is served from 6pm-8pm.
- Live entertainment from 9 to 11pm.
